According to a survey by The Trevor Project, 60% of LGBTQ+ young people said they wanted mental health help in the past year but weren’t able to get it. Please feel free to share these resources!

Provides women and nonbinary folks of color access to free or subsidized teletherapy sessions.
Pride Counseling
Discounted virtual therapy ($60 to $90 a session) for those in the LGBTQ+ community.
Open Path
Discounted mental health care ($30 to $60 per session, plus a one-time membership fee of $59) for people in households that make less than $100,000 per year.
