Pacific Ridge Builders constructed this tenant improvement for Cushman & Wakefield to provide Reynolds American with an updated office in in an existing 13-story building located in downtown San Jose. This 8,500 sf project included an office build-out of conference rooms, offices, break areas, open lobby with wood plank wall and moss living wall, and hallway with specialty Arktura lighting.
