1799 Hamilton is a ground-up, two-story warm shell building with a rooftop amenities area that was completed with the infrastructure for future office occupancy. The scope of work on the project includes demolition of the existing building, exterior façade finish, landscape features, parking lot adjustments and a new trash enclosure matching the building style.
The entrances are marked by a full-height curtain wall that offers an abundance of natural light. The ground floor features a front lobby, restrooms with showers, and a back lobby with a three-stop elevator. Potential office space is located on Levels 1 and 2 with two balconies in the front and two in the back on the second level. The rooftop has a 1600 sf patio with a counter and upper-level conference room.
