This modern interior tenant improvement was built out on the 1st and 2nd floors of Premia’s office building in San Mateo. The building’s 3rd floor was occupied during construction, so PRB’s project team took care to plan and execute the work with as little disruption as possible during the job’s five (5) week duration.
