Pacific Ridge Builders completed a 17,500 sf new building amenity center for Irvine Company at one of their Bay Area commercial campuses. The project included a full lobby renovation, building façade upgrades, market ready space, new conference center, and inspiring fitness center with full locker rooms, including restrooms and showers.
