Phase 1 of our project with Fujitsu included a corporate tenant improvement office refresh on an existing two-story building. This updated office now has all new multipurpose and briefing rooms, break rooms, structural staircases, and restrooms. Our project team installed custom wall graphics throughout the building.
Phase 2 for Fujitsu is a 126,000 sf site separation project. Scope of work includes separating utility connections for the Sunnyvale HQ from the other [6] buildings on the campus. Utilities consists of gas, fire sprinkler, electric, chilled water and compressed air.
