This tenant improvement project was completed for McCarthy Ranch to provide the tenant with a new headquarters located in downtown Los Gatos. Our team combined three existing buildings into one main office. The property was oriented uphill, so our team provided solutions to seamlessly unite the elevation differences between the existing architecture of the buildings. The PRB team also reworked the parking lot to accommodate a new patio connecting the new main headquarters to a secondary open office space for the tenant’s engineering department. We are proud to have turned these multiple 1950s buildings into one inspiring headquarters customized to fit the tenant’s vision and culture.
