Pacific Ridge Builders completed a retail tenant improvement project for McCarthy Ranch in Los Gatos, which resulted in a new storefront for Specialized Bicycles. Located in a former indoor cycling studio, this expansion tenant improvement project required the removal of existing flooring used to reduce vibrations from the spin bikes, as well as demo of double walls and ceiling designed to soundproof the space. The building now includes open storefront space with a cash wrap, a service and repair backroom, employee break area, new restroom, and a bike fitting room for their Retül Fit technology. With this new space, Specialized Bicycles can offer its customers a more immersive and personalized shopping experience.
