Pacific Ridge Builders worked with Federal Realty to help convert a vacant T-Mobile retail shop within Santana Row into The Collective’s premier furniture showroom. The Collective is a multinational furniture dealership with offices across the United States, and Canada.

Precise planning and sequencing the work was critical to ensure minimal disruptions to adjacent residential tenants. The project was MEP design build with elements of required coordination for select owner provided materials.
